Vlad reviews every inquiry personally. We respond within two business days with first questions and a preliminary read on fit.
02 · 1 — 2 wks
Site visit or remote review.
For NYC and the Tri-State, we visit the site to read light, substrate, and adjacencies. Outside the region, we work from plans, photographs, and a referenced moodboard.
03 · 2 — 3 wks
Samples & proposal.
Hand-finished samples in your chosen finish family, tuned to your space. A line-item proposal with scope, schedule, and surface preparation requirements.
04 · 6 — 10 wks
Mobilization.
Typical lead time from sample approval to crew on site. We coordinate directly with your designer, architect, or GC throughout.
